A 4400 sqm major refurbishment within Castle Towers Shopping Centre.
Relocation of entire store by extending store into existing centre loading dock area and pushing store back to allow shopping centre to reclaim front of store as a new mall area. Inten provided entire replacement of trading floor finishes, fixtures, fittings and refrigeration cases and staged removal of island Deli and perimeter prep areas. The project was completed within an 24 week construction period.
