A 5,400 sqm construction and fitout for Orange City Centre.
Adaptive re-use of heritage building: retention and restoration of the 1849 facade, multi storey internal demolition, new roof structure, retail fitout including Arcade, Food court, Alfresco dining, Best & Less and 30 specialty tenancies. The project was completed within a 52 week construction period.
