Fit out of new 5000 sqm Woolworths 3.0 Design Concept Store in Marrickville.
Inten provided complete demolition and fit out. This included suspended concrete slab by DXR robot, removal of all existing services, full ceiling removal, complete take up of existing floor finishes and polish existing & new concrete slab on ground (1200 sqm), re-build of all new prep areas, Section J compliance works to slab soffits and external walls, new smoke exhaust through suspended slab above, loading dock alterations and full services replacement. The project was completed within a 20 week construction period.
