This project won 2015 MBA Award for Retail Buildings Refurbishment/Renovation/Extension.
The 3500 sqm space was designed to capture the essence of a ‘Streets and Laneways’ dining precinct in an internal environment. This was successfully constructed through the use of form, texture & colour by way of brick patterned glass, differing pavilion structures, textured floor tiles and numerous forms of street art along with the use of detailed copper and timber materials. The completed dining precinct comprised 15 individual tenancies and was constructed over a live railway station. The project was completed within a 25 week construction period.
